Scope

These terms apply to your use of nuvai.eu and the client space, run by Quest2S BV, trading as NUVAI (or its legal successor for the NUVAI business), Frankrijklei 5 bus 4.01, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium, company number BE 0544.737.251. They do not govern our services. Our services fall under the NUVAI General Terms and the statement of work (SOW) for each assignment; if those conflict with these terms, they prevail. NUVAI works for businesses only.

Using the site and the client space

  • Use the site lawfully and do not disrupt it, probe its security or collect data from it by automated means.
  • Access to the client space is personal. Keep your login link to yourself and tell us at hello@nuvai.eu if you suspect misuse.
  • We may suspend access to the client space in case of misuse or for security reasons.

Our content

The texts, papers, insights, designs, the NUVAI name and logo, and the software of this site belong to Quest2S BV or its licensors. You may read, print and share links to them. Any other reuse needs our written permission. Content in the client space is shared under the General Terms and the SOW concerned.

Information, not advice

The content of this site, including figures and examples in papers and insights, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is no commitment to any saving, revenue or other result. Advice is only given under a signed SOW.

The AI assistant

The AI assistant in the client space is currently disabled. When it is enabled, its answers are generated automatically. They are for information only and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check them before you rely on them or pass them on; decisions remain yours. How the assistant handles data is explained in the Privacy notice.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability for the website

We take care that the site is accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or, when enabled, the AI assistant, or from relying on its content. This does not limit liability for intent, fraud, gross fault, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for our services is governed only by the General Terms and the SOW.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.

Law and courts

Belgian law applies. The courts of Antwerp, division Antwerp, have exclusive jurisdiction.
