- Three to five processes set up on your own accounts, chosen with you during the intake.
- Custom skills for your own work, such as your house style, a deck builder or a proposal builder, and a team plugin with commands.
- Routines for recurring work, with a person at your company who approves before anything goes out.
- Connections to your systems through MCP, such as HubSpot or another CRM, Microsoft 365 or Google Drive. Read-only first, write access only where you approve it.
- A client space with tasks, documents and a checklist.
- A baseline of the processes as they run today, and an overview of what runs, with an owner and a description for every AI component.
- Most of the build work runs on our own delivery agents. A NUVAI senior reviews and signs off every part.
- The settings, documentation and rights are in your name.
What comes after
At the end of the two weeks you get a written view of what runs, what it changes against the baseline, and what is worth building next. If you want to continue, we scope the ongoing build on that view: which processes, which teams, and how we hand it over. You get a fixed price per period before anything starts. If nothing further is worth building, we say so.
If one larger process needs its own decision first, the Baseline (€9,500 excl. VAT, five working days) and the Sprint (€45,000 excl. VAT, four weeks) are fixed-scope steps for it.

Is the Kickstart all that NUVAI costs?
No. The Kickstart is the paid first step. If you continue, you move on to the ongoing build, which is scoped on what the Kickstart shows and agreed as a fixed price per period. You decide after the two weeks.
What does the ongoing build cost?
It depends on the processes and teams involved, so we price it after the Kickstart, as a fixed amount per period. No day rates, and you have the price in writing before we start.
Do you work with investors or groups of companies?
Yes, through the Portfolio Programme: one approach rolled out company by company, with the same baseline in each. We start with a conversation.
Do we need to buy new software?
No. We build in the tools you already have, such as Microsoft 365, Google and your CRM.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It sits in your own accounts, with the documentation.
When should I get in touch?
Before you commit to a large cost: a new agency contract, a website, a consultant's proposal or a hire.
