Portfolio Programme
AI across a portfolio, one company at a time.
For investment funds, holdings and groups with several companies in Belgium and the Netherlands. We set up one way of working in a first company, measure it, and repeat it in the next ones, in the tools each company already uses.
Plan a first conversationWho it is for
- Funds and holdings with several companies in their portfolio.
- Groups with subsidiaries that share processes but not always the same systems.
- The person who leads value creation or operations across those companies.
How it runs
01
First conversation.
Which companies, which processes recur across them, and who decides in each one.
02
First company.
A Kickstart: three to five processes in two weeks, with a baseline alongside.
03
Next companies.
The same approach and the same baseline, adjusted to each company's tools, Microsoft 365 or Google, and its own CRM.
04
Portfolio view.
One overview of what runs where, measured against each company's baseline, for the fund and for each management team.
What stays with each company
Accounts and licences are in the company's own name. What we build runs there and belongs to the company, with documentation and a handover to its own people. If a company is sold, everything goes with it.
Oversight
Each company gets an overview of what runs, which data it uses and who approves what. Routines that act on your behalf wait for a person to approve them.
Price
Priced per programme after a first conversation, as fixed amounts per phase. No day rates. Once baselines are on paper, part of the work can be paid on results, with a cap.

Questions
Do all companies need the same tools?
No. We work in Microsoft 365 or Google and in each company's own CRM. The approach and the baseline stay the same; the set-up follows the company.
Can we start with one company?
Yes, that is the usual way to start. The fund sees a result before deciding on the next ones.
Who decides in each company?
The management team of each company decides on its own processes. The fund agrees the programme and sees the portfolio view.
What happens when a company is sold?
Everything built for that company is in its own accounts and goes with it. There is nothing to untangle.
How is it priced?
Per programme, as fixed amounts per phase, agreed in writing before each phase starts.
Plan a first conversation
An agency proposal, a vacancy, a process that's stuck. You'll hear back within two working days. If it's a no, we'll tell you why.
