What you get in the Kickstart
- Three to five of your processes set up in Claude, chosen with you during the intake.
- Claude Team or Enterprise on your own accounts, with single sign-on, seats and standard instructions for the whole team.
- Custom skills for your own work, such as your house style, a deck builder or a proposal builder.
- A team plugin with commands, so everyone starts a recurring task the same way.
- Routines for recurring work, with a person at your company who approves before anything goes out.
- Connections to your systems through MCP: HubSpot or another CRM, Microsoft 365 for SharePoint and Outlook, or Google Drive, depending on what you use. We start read-only and add write access only where you approve it.
- A client space with tasks, documents and a checklist, so you see what is done and what is waiting on you.
- An AI literacy session for the people who will use it, in Dutch, French or English.
- A baseline of how the processes run today, and documentation with an owner for every part, all in your name.
How it fits together

How the Kickstart works
The Kickstart takes two weeks and costs €4,500 excl. VAT. During the intake we choose three to five processes with you and measure how they run today. The first workflow goes live within 72 hours of your users being provisioned. That assumes we have the intake items before we start. Over the rest of the two weeks we set up the other processes, connect your systems and adjust what does not work while your team uses Claude on real tasks. Most of the build work runs on our own delivery agents, which is why this much fits into two weeks. A senior person at NUVAI reviews each part and signs it off before your team relies on it. Everything stays in your name, and nothing goes to your customers without someone at your company approving it.

Data, GDPR and the AI Act
On the Team and Enterprise plans, Anthropic acts as processor and your company stays the controller of the data. Anthropic's data processing addendum, with standard contractual clauses, is part of its commercial terms. By default, Anthropic does not use data from these plans to train its models. We go through the settings with you and write down which data Claude may see.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI to make sure their people have sufficient AI literacy. The session in the Kickstart and the written overview of what runs give you a documented starting point for that.

What does a Claude implementation cost?
The Kickstart costs €4,500 excl. VAT, fixed, for two weeks and three to five processes. Claude licences are billed separately by Anthropic and stay in your name. The Kickstart is the first step. Further build is scoped after it, at a fixed price per period.
How long does it take?
Two weeks for the whole Kickstart. The first workflow goes live within 72 hours of your users being provisioned. That works when we have the intake items before we begin. The other processes follow over the two weeks.
Claude Team or Enterprise?
Team suits most SMEs. It includes single sign-on, just-in-time provisioning, admin roles and spend controls. Enterprise adds SCIM, audit logs, custom data retention and a compliance API, and usage there is billed separately at API rates. During the intake we advise on the plan that fits your size and your requirements.
What happens to our data under GDPR?
Under Anthropic's commercial terms your company is the controller and Anthropic the processor, with a data processing addendum included. By default Anthropic does not train on data from Team or Enterprise. For our own access we sign a data processing agreement with you before we start.
Does Claude work with our single sign-on?
Yes, on Team and on Enterprise. You connect your identity provider and people sign in with their company account. Automatic deprovisioning through SCIM is only available on Enterprise.
What do you need from us?
Before the start we need a signed data processing agreement, access to your identity provider for single sign-on, the list of people who get a seat and the sources Claude may use, such as a SharePoint site or a shared drive.
Can Claude work with HubSpot or our CRM?
Yes, through MCP. HubSpot offers its own connector for Claude on paid Claude plans, which can read and update CRM records within the permissions a HubSpot admin approves. For other systems Claude supports custom connectors over remote MCP. We start with read access and add write access only where you approve it.

Most of the build work runs on our own delivery agents. A senior person at NUVAI reviews every part and signs it off before your team uses it, and stays accountable for what we deliver.
What happens after the two weeks?
You keep the workspace, the skills and the documentation. If you want to go further, we agree the next step separately. You can also carry on without us.
Do you work across Belgium?
Yes. We are based in Antwerp and work with companies anywhere in Belgium, in the language your team works in.
